imposter syndrome imageJoin us for a workshop on managing impostor syndrome and perfectionism during your career with Steven Steinke, LICSW and staff clinician at Harvard University Health Services. Steve has been serving the Harvard University graduate population since 2008 and has counseled many researchers on how to channel their perfectionistic drives to benefit, rather than harm their personal and professional lives.

Many graduate students and postdocs often feel inadequate or not competitive with their peers, despite years of advanced training. These feelings often curb exploration and the courage to delve into new experiences, in fear of exposing failure, ultimately harming the career potential of extremely talented and driven scientists and other researchers.
